It is a huge advantage for my clients and I, for me to be able to speak with my support staff in person. When I hand in your file to my processor, I'm able to get immediate feedback. If there is a question about how to approve your file, I can ask my underwriter directly. We also have an in house appraisal service and our own title company - this gives us the capability to manage your entire mortgage transaction.
